Is the head and founder of the PR agency DIE SCHNEIDEREI. As a true communications expert, she brings twenty years of experience to the table. After studying international business administration with a focus on tourism and hotel management, as well as several stays abroad in London, Paris and Hawaii, the mother of two little girls headed the press offices of The Ritz-Carlton hotels in Wolfsburg and Berlin. Julia Kirchner
The journalist has been with DIE SCHNEIDEREI since June 2021. After working for the Frankfurter general newspaper and the Passauer New Press, she was responsible for the Food & Lifestyle departments at the news agency dpa (German Press Agency) for the last few years. With a Master of Arts in Communication Studies, authentic storytelling is her passion. The Senior PR Manager is responsible for clients including Villa Kellermann, Visit London and the restaurant Oukan, among others.
Paula Mehl
Has been part of THE SCHNEIDEREI team since 2022. During her studies in film and media sciences, the Frankfurt native gained her first experience in the editorial field and most recently worked as an editor at the Berlin city magazine Qiez, where her thematic focus was on gastronomy and she was able to expand her experience in social media. Also her varied side jobs at different restaurants add to her knowledge of the restaurant scene. In the SCHNEIDEREI Paula oversees the restaurants Jolesch, Brasserie Colette Tim Raue, Frühstück 3000 and Frederick’s, among others.
Ines Wiedemann
Supports the team of DIE SCHNEIDEREI as an office manager since September 2022. She discovered her joy in communication, organization and dealing with numbers during her many years of self-employment. The graduated communication designer takes over all administration and organization tasks, as well as small graphic project at the SCHNEIDEREI. Ines had her first experience as an office coordinator working for the parents’ association of an international School which encouraged her to further deepen this professional reorientation.
